Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and must have a receipt.

Online orders can be returned at the Team Store, you may contact us at shop@rsl.com to initiate the process.

Order Fulfillment Policy

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We will reach out by text or email letting you know your order is ready. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday.

Outlet items are subject to a longer fulfillment process, and are exempt from any same-day fulfillment guarantees on game days.
