Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and must have a receipt.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We will reach out by text or email letting you know your order is ready. Orders are fulfilled Tuesday-Friday.
Outlet items are subject to a longer fulfillment process, and are exempt from any same-day fulfillment guarantees on game day.
